I didn't go to bed last night until 01:00, slept very well woke up about 04:00 with my eyes very dry and sore again (this is all because of the lupus).
I am feeling a lot better today not coughing as much, so hopefully the cold is going.
I am still waiting to go into remission (from the lupus), which has happened for a few years before I was actually diagnosed as having lupus. I was told then I have ME (which is similar to lupus).
Today is a new day and tomorrow will be an even better day, thank you Lord.

Lupus Flare
Had a good day on Friday, went to visit my 95 year old friend in the afternoon.
Saturday got up late after going to bed at 02:00. Had a long soak in the bath to ease all the pain in my body especially my left knee.
Started vomiting again after having my dinner.
The lupus rash is back on my face at the sides of my nose (this is one of the signs of a flare up) which is very sore and painful.
Slept well (the central heating was left on all night) woke up very early this morning because my eyes were so dry they felt very sore and painful (I did lubricate them in the night but not as often as I should).
I have had a good day despite the weather being so cold (it snowed yesterday and it is still on the ground)
Just praying my dinner is going to stay down.

Painful left knee
Had a good night's sleep.
Woke up with severe pain in my left knee which hasn't gone away today. It could be because it is so cold outside (or even a flare up of the lupus).
The gardener and window cleaners all cancelled (the ground is too cold and hard for the gardener to dig and the water kept freezing for the window cleaners).
I haven't done much today because my left knee is so painful and I couldn't even go outside because I wouldn't be able to breathe properly.
I am looking forward to tomorrow as it is a new day.

A very cold day
Had a good night's sleep despite vomiting before I went to bed.
It has been a very very cold day but thank God the cold air did not affect my breathing when I went out this morning with my son for an appointment he had.
I am feeling a lot better today, still coughing (productive coughing and not because I cant breathe properly) as the cold I have, have not disappeared yet (can't wait for it to go).
The symptoms of the lupus have not gone away, at the moment I have arthritic pain in my left knee, this is something that happens daily but I choose to ignore it. I know my limits as to what I can and cannot do and I try to stick to it other wise I would be aching and feeling very lethargic.
It does not matter how I feel each day I know God is on my side and if He is for me than who can be against me.
