Fatigue

It is only by God's grace and mercy that I am here today.

After my trip to Ireland it has left me feeling very fatigued with aching muscles especially in my legs. I have continued going to the toning suite for gentle exercises.

The last week has been very busy and I have not been able to sleep for more than five to four hours each night.

I have continued to vomit at the end of each day but I am continuing to thank God for the strength I need for each day.

On Tuesday I will be going to have Oesophageal Manometry test and 24 Hour pH Monitoring done. This is to check if there is any muscle damage to my oesophagus (the consultant thinks the lupus has damaged the muscles in my oesophagus).

I am praying the test will not be too distressing, as I will have to have a nasal gastric tube with a camera passed down my nose to my oesophagus to my stomach.

God is my helper and my strength and an ever present help in times of trouble. I am putting my faith in Him, knowing that no matter how I may feel He is still with me.
