Vomiting again

Vomiting started again on Friday night.
Today Saturday is very cold outside, went out briefly to the shop, the sun was shining but the weather remains very cold, still it was good to be out in the fresh air, I was wrapped up well as if I was going to the north pole.
Felt more ulcers in my mouth and slight headache.
I didn't have breakfast just lunch a snack then dinner and it is up again.
Had a great night's sleep last night even though it was very cold outside it was lovely and warm in bed. The central heating was left on low (wonderful) if only we didn't have to pay for the heating.
Today is Sunday and the ulcers in my mouth haven't gone away.
Just praying that my dinner is going to stay down.
