Had a fairly good weekend. Managed to go to church on Sunday.
Just the same old aches and pains along with vomiting, not much has changed.
I am now going back to the toning tables and chairs (the tables and chairs move while I lie or sit, this is low impact exercise) to help with the aches and pains and to tone my body now I have lost nearly a stone in weight since January.
