I had to take some Night Nurse (over the counter medication for flu) before going to bed last night because my throat was so sore and I felt so unwell.
Slept well and managed to keep my eyes lubricated during the night.
Got up after midday today feeling unwell with sore throat and general malaise.
I will have to take more Night Nurse later before I go back to bed.
